From design to product: what stayed with me

Moving from interaction design into product management changed what I am responsible for, but not the way I look at problems. I still start by trying to understand people, context and constraints before jumping to a solution. What changed is the scope of the decisions: from shaping an experience to deciding what is worth building, why, and for whom.
