Why I'm learning business acumen
Understanding users and technology is only part of the job. Products live inside businesses.
The more I work in Product, the more I realise that understanding users and technology is only part of the job. Products live inside businesses: they have costs, customers, competitors, pricing, constraints and opportunities. I'm spending more time learning how those pieces fit together — not to become a business analyst, but to make better product decisions.
