Problem
Understand what is actually wrong, for whom, and why it's worth solving now rather than later.

Product Manager with a background in design and engineering.
I work on B2B, fintech and platform products, turning complex problems into clear product direction and solutions that teams can build. I'm currently a Product Owner at TeamSystem.
I studied Informatics Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, followed by a Master’s in Management and Informatics at USI in Lugano. After working across technology and business, I moved into interaction and service design before transitioning into Product Management. Today I’m a Product Owner at TeamSystem, after working in Product at Cerved Group.
Engineering, design, then product: today, I look at products from three sides. Business value, because a product that doesn't pay for itself doesn't survive. User experience, because adoption is not a given. Technical feasibility, because a decision that ignores the system behind it gets reversed three sprints later.
Outside product work I read about psychology, behavioural economics and gamification, and most of my earlier design projects came out of an interest in social innovation.
I’m particularly interested in products that have a purpose beyond the product itself — products that can make people’s lives better, help people make better choices, or encourage positive change. It’s the same thing that drew me to interaction design and to those fields: understanding how products can influence the way people interact, decide and behave.

Four things that work together rather than in sequence. I sit at the intersection of product, design and technology, and the value is in the overlap.
Product management isn't backlog administration. The part that matters is getting from a vague problem to a decision someone can defend — and then living with it.
01
Understand what is actually wrong, for whom, and why it's worth solving now rather than later.
02
Gather what we already know — data, stakeholder input, research — and be explicit about what we still don't.
03
Weigh the options, choose one, write down the trade-off. A decision without a stated trade-off gets re-opened every quarter.
04
Align the people affected, turn the decision into requirements, and work through it with engineering and design.
05
Look at what happened, keep what worked, and say plainly what didn't.
Design, service design and research projects from earlier in my career. They're background, not my current focus, but they're where the way I frame problems comes from.
Social commerce for a design blog: research, service blueprint, architecture for both buyer and seller.
A platform to plan home hospitalisation visits for Regione Piemonte: service design, information architecture and prototype.
A device that helps children practise deciding: they choose how the story continues, draw the scene and project it.
Additional selected work will be added here in the near future.

Alongside my product work, I design and build websites for professionals and small businesses in Italy and Switzerland. We start with your goals, structure and content, then I create a clickable prototype before development begins.
